In her previous role of 10 years for a National UK Sales organisation, Sara had been employed to implement an outbound Call Centre and grew the operation from one chair and one telephone in the spare room of a house, to a 60 seat call centre contributing over 60% of the group of companies turnover of approximately £20m per annum. Sara was head hunted into this role from her previous employer of 10 years (1986-1996) Virgin Atlantic Airways where she had progressed from call centre operative to call centre manager. After often being in the company of her mentor and inspirer Richard Branson, her destination was always to eventually build her own successful company.
Two decades of success for other companies, attending many sales and marketing seminars including Dale Carnegie and also having gained the qualification of NLP practitioner (nuero linguistic programming), Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Sara and her partner's portfolio now includes founding a Property Development business which has now developed into a very successful Rental Company. Always looking for new entrepeneurial ideas, they founded a Fire Prevention and Protection company and grew this to be a UK Franchise operation of some 40 Territories.
During her time in business Sara has come up againt all most all challenges that every new business faces and has worked through to achieve success, therefore Sara understands the difficulties that many small business owners have and can guide you through these ensuring your company continues to thrive and make profit. During her business careeer, Sara has managed administration teams and sales and marketing teams, she prides herself on giving excellence where customer services is concerned.
In recent years Sara retrained and developed her IT skills and has designed built this website and many others, whilst becoming proficient in getting many businesses to the top of the front page with Google. Francis Roberts
Francis born in 1964, started his own Fire Prevention/Protection company in February 2007 after spending 12 months conducting Fire Risk Assessments for another company within the Fire Protection industry. In this time he worked with people who had over forty years experience installing, servicing and maintaining fire extinguishers. Prior to this, Francis had spent nearly two decades in direct sales and sales management, building a sales region from nil to £1.2m turnover at the age of 25, winning many awards and attending many sales seminars from Jack Black to Dale Carnegie in the following 15 years, culminating in turning 2 years of losses into 4 years of sustained profit and consistent growth as National Sales Manager. Francis has developed many different sales training programmes, from 1 hour training sessions to 5 day courses which he has presented to the many sales people that have been entrusted to his care over the years and is proud to have developed many hundreds of people to be leading sales people with 6 figure incomes.
A prolific public speaker with his own brand of unique personality and charm, Francis has left many memorable topics in the minds of those he has presented too. Indeed during his career he has shared the stage with such speakers as Debrorah Veal, Adrian Webster, Chris Moon, Rory Underwood and Tom Peterson. He has provided speeches and presentations for many hundreds of business people as it is his true passion and an area in which he excells.
In February 2007 Francis decided to combine his sales skills and team building acumen with his knowledge of the Fire Extinguisher and Risk Assessment industry. After 2 years of building a customer base of over 1000 customers from small corner shops to a national institution with over 900 extinguishers on site, producing a turnover in excess of £100,000 per annum, an expansion plan had to be developed and implemented. Building a sales team supported by a team of service engineers was one option but that had been done before, allowing people to earn good incomes but never owning anything. Combining both skills and reproducing what he had achieved in two years through others through Franchising became an obvious route to success, success for all to share in.
He now offers his services together with his partner through their venture Small Business Angel to assist business owners who want real help from people who have actually come through the ranks and not from trainers who have never even owned or run their own business.
